We process thermoplastic materials at our Pilsen facility where we operate a total of 25 injection moulding machines with closing force of 25 \u2013 400 tons.<\/p>\n

Using the thermoplastic material injection technology, we produce parts for electrical equipment, automobile industry, households, luggage, and also toys or technical products according to our customers\u2019 specifications. Our most frequently used materials are PE, PP, PS, ABS, PA, PBT, PC, and other materials.<\/p>\n

We use nitrogen-based injection technologies, dual-component injection, and robotic worksites. We operate a moulding machine with a horizontal dividing plane with injection into the dividing plane. This machine is great, for example, for the injection of elastic tapes into buckles, etc.<\/p>\n
